Autostrada Sibiu - Fagaras, Romania

The Sibiu-Făgăraș Motorway, also known as part of the A13 Motorway (Sibiu-Brașov-Bacău), is in the design and construction phase. Work has begun on some sections, such as Lot 2, the 19.92 km section between Mârșa and Arpașu de Jos. The 72.57 km project will bypass the DN1 motorway, providing a fast connection between Sibiu and Brașov and a more efficient transportation alternative, including as part of the Trans-European Transport Network.
