Nivo Ataköy, Turkey
The Nivo Ataköy project, selected in a competition from five international companies, was developed by Cathay Group & Liderlik Development. Built on a 12,689 m² plot, the project consists of two 17-story blocks, 314 residential units and 73 commercial units. The project, which includes three floors of commercial space on the lower floors and 16 floors of residential/office units on the upper floors, is being constructed by our company on a turnkey basis.
