Developer PRIMA Development Group has begun work on its most ambitious project in the capital, PRIMA Solis, a residential complex located in Sector 2 with a total value of €140 million.

With 950 apartments, over 1,000 parking spaces, 60 charging stations for electric vehicles, over 500 parking spaces, and two playgrounds, the new project, built on a 37,000-square-meter plot, is the first premium residential project in eastern Bucharest to be built in accordance with nZEB standards. According to the developer's press release, PRIMA Solis is also the first urban renewal project to be built on the former Antrefrig industrial platform, where a furniture factory once operated.

Located in the Mega Mall – Delfinului area, opening onto Doamna Ghica Street, PRIMA Solis will be developed in four phases, comprising a total of nine residential buildings. The developer estimates that the first phase of the new project will be completed in summer 2027.

PRIMA Solis will offer future residents a choice of studios, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments, and two-story penthouses with spacious terraces. The green spaces within the complex will be enhanced by landscaping designed by one of Bucharest's most prestigious specialist offices.

Fabrica de Glucoză no. 6-8, north of the capital, is a prime example. The complex was handed over to its clients in May of this year, three months ahead of the contracted date.
