Skyland Istanbul, Turkey
One of the city's newest landmarks, Skyland Istanbul, is a residence and office tower complex located in the city center, featuring three interconnected towers and a square. Raising living standards with smart building technologies and proving that comfortable and energy-efficient living is possible, the project comprises both residences and offices.
Blending high technology and an innovative philosophy, the buildings offer a dream-like living in the heart of the city with their sophisticated architecture and modern perspectives. Designed by architect Peter Vaughan, Skyland Istanbul is designed by Broadway Malyan, an architectural firm known for its project locations spanning the UK, Brazil, China, and the UAE.
Located in a prime location right next to the TT Arena, Skyland Istanbul is connected to the heart of the city via the TEM highway and offers easy access to all parts of Istanbul with its central location between Levent and Maslak. Built by our company, the Residence Tower stands 220 meters tall, comprises 67 floors, including a 14-story parking garage, and covers 90,161 m². Its total height from the lowest foundation level is 303 meters. These features made it the tallest building in Europe at the time of its construction.
