Synergy Escape Residence, Romania

Our project is located in the Băneasa district of Bucharest, Sector 1, at Straulesti Road 29A. The "ESCAPE RESIDENCE" residential development, which features 148 apartments and 159 independent underground or above-ground parking spaces, is located here. This height regime has been implemented across four blocks, each developed as 2S+P+7E. The harmonious combination of high-quality materials, premium finishes, and the exceptional views of the lake and park give each apartment in "ESCAPE RESIDENCE" a homely feel. We are fully involved in creating and organizing spaces where people feel safe and much closer to nature.
